What To Expect From Your Session

  • 1. Book Appointment

    Whether you book an appointment online (coming soon) or over the phone, you’re asked to sign a waiver regarding the possible side effects. This is part of the booking process and will populate to your account automatically. Our sessions are available with a minimum of 1 hour. Please check or call for our current schedule to book your wellness session

  • 2. Arrival

    Upon arrival, we will greet you as you enter the lobby, where you can check in. We will answer any questions you may have, and then you will be ushered to the dimly lit and quiet room, where we will direct you to ground and relax on one of our very comfortable mats or 2 beds. You are welcome to bring personal belongings in with you, but please keep them close to your space so the aisles remain unobstructed.

  • 3. Frequency Session

    The goal is to go deep and relax. The Light System are masterfully designed for even distribution of scalar energy throughout the entire room. It is common to feel subtle sensations very quickly, however whether you feel it or not, changes will occur at a cellular level. It is also quite common to fall asleep during your session!. Please visit our FAQs section for more details regarding what to expect, what to bring, etc.

  • 4. After Session

    You are welcome to leave your session at any time, otherwise at the end of your session we will lightly tap you on the shoulder. If you have used a sheet, blanket,, please deposit these in a basket right outside the frequency chamber.

    Please stay and shop around and ask any questions you may have. Browse through our complete musical shop and perhaps join our Drum circle on Wednesday

    The positive effects of a frequency session are cumulative, meaning the longer your session is and the more sessions you have, the more it will increase the results, promoting homeostasis (perfect body balance) and accelerated positive results.
