Community Pop-Up ~ 12 hour session plus 2 hours added to a day time session
Join the community in an overnight 12 hours session for maximum recharging. We generally have about 3 people so it is very spacious and comfortable in our La-Z-Boy chairs.
We have 2 beds available and 8 chairs. This community overnight is usually scheduled on Wednesdays and Fridays.

This vibrational journey invites you to embrace deep relaxation and rejuvenation, balancing the body, mind and spirit.
Handpans, gongs, West African harp, drums, didgeridoo and many other instruments will be highlighted. The intentions are compassion, liberation, and acceptance. Billy is renowned in the Asheville area for his 18 years of hosting sound events and bringing a strong energy and direction to his offerings.
Billy Zanski has been immersed in music and expression since 1995. In 2001 he traveled to Guinea, West Africa, to study percussion extensively. In 2004, Billy opened Skinny Beats Sound Shop in downtown Asheville, NC. Since then he has been hosting sound experiences, teaching, and selling instruments. His focus is on the healing qualities in music and community.

Why are we doing this?
A lot is happening in the world today and stress, lack or sleep, worry, and heightened emotions are prevalent. I have done the heart meditation and it has made a huge deal in my life. Also since everything is done by vibration, frequency and intent, it is pretty powerful to come together as a group and pray. This event will be happening the first Sunday every month.

Come together as community to raise your vibration and help the world. This Sunday we are haveing a LIVE VIRTUAL EDUCATION AND MEDITATION EVENT while you are in the scalar room. This event is 2 hours. The first hour, Dr. Sandra Michaels will be teaching then after a break we will be led in heart coherence 30 minute meditation. This is not a sleeping event. All chairs will be in the upright position with space in the middle to put floor matts. When you register, mention if you need one of 14 chairs.
